How We Hire
Our hiring process depends on the role. First, you’ll have a call with our talent acquisition team to align on why you want to join Cypris and learn more about us.
Typically, the next steps in the process will include a call with a department manager and a short case study. On the engineering side, this might include some technical questions, whereas on the sales side, we’ll ask you to build a short presentation.
Finally, we’ll check some references and meet in person if possible before making an offer. We aim to make the process enjoyable and give you a good feel of what working at Cypris is like.
